Soiled Utilities Productions is a DIY minded music production company run out of Ypsilanti, Michigan. It is not just a record label, recording studio, or management company. It's a little bit of all three and more. Money isn't entirely the object here (although it helps get things accomplished). What is most important to us is having a voice. Our goal is to help amplify a few voices, so that you, Jane or Joe Public, can hear them.
The recording facilities are in full effect. We are in the process of pulling together a gear list and rates. Currently at the main site we can only do light amplified and acoustic instruments, but not full amplified bands. We now have a satellite facility we can do full 3 and four piece bands in. We can also be persuaded to come to a place of your choosing (ie practice space, Mom's house). Please e-mail Eddie if you are interested in doing any recording with us and we'll post here when our rates and gear list are available.
