The Rusbelt Unsemble had it's humble beginnings in Ypsilanti, Michigan during the mid 90's. Over the years many people have come and gone and come back again, but the same love for improvisation and avoiding the safe approach has prevailed. We here at Soiled Utilities Productions are very proud to be able to bring you an example of this reckless abandon. Recorded live at Xhedos on October, 22, 2006 "Leaps and Bounds" is a testament to each individual players ability to listen to and channel the others unique energies. This feat is even more amazing once you know that Labo and Abdul Halim had never played with Steve Goossen, James Cornish, Elijah Church, or Caleb Grayson before this night. Stunning!
