| She-ney is a band with out a proper way to spell
it’s name. Often refered to as “She-nai; Kohei’s band,” the
name is actually a phonetic spelling of the word “Die” in
Japanese. So when people misuse the name in this way, they are actually
telling Kohei that the band should die. Shi-nay band members
Geoff Dailey (drums), Ryan
Crane
(bass), and Damien
Mullison (guitar), think this is absurd. Lead vocalist Kohei Akio feels
being alone on stage would be bad. Very bad. They have recorded one ep and a full length record with the help of Steve Toth. Five songs are available in MP3 format for your listening pleasure. The full length album "The 4th and 13th Greatest Hits" is available now. See our Store Page for details. Unfortunately, Shi-ney has had to disband. Kohei has moved back to Japan and Damien is now in Oregon. We will try to keep you updated as to there comings and goings on our News page. |
